For the 2026 Season, the pre-show picnic will begin at 5:00pm for all ticket holders. Every night, the Pre-Show Picnic will feature pre-order food options, food vendors on site, wine pouring from local winemakers, and tastings from local Sonoma purveyors. Friday and Saturday nights will also feature a specialty cocktail.
We have partnered with several surrounding parking lots near the Field of Dreams for the summer series. ALL patrons who are planning to drive must make a parking lot reservation prior to arriving at the show, either through the online checkout process or by calling the Transcendence Box Office at 877-424-1414 ext. 1.
1. Our Goal in an emergency is to keep people calm and guide people out of the Field of Dreams in an orderly fashion ensuring everyone exits the property safely.
2. All Transcendence Staff will be trained and required to connect to the available emergency alert notification tools.
3. In the event of evacuation of the premises, all patrons must follow the directions and guidance of announcements from the stage, Transcendence staff, and security personnel to safely exit the property in their vehicles onto the nearest available exit route.
4. All patrons who are not able to safely evacuate the premises via walking must remain in their seats to be assisted. Accessibility drivers in golf carts will make rounds to safely transport these individuals to their vehicles. Disabled patrons will be picked up by the south side of the theater.

All ticket sales are final: no refunds nor returns. In general, tickets are available for online sales up to three (3) hours before the event. After that, please purchase your tickets at the on-site box office. In some cases, seat assignments and seating chart layouts may change without prior notice.
Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged to a different performance date for a $5.00 exchange fee per ticket. Tickets must be exchanged more than 48 hours in advance of your original performance date. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a future season.
The resale of a ticket for more than its face value without the written consent of the owner/manager is prohibited by law.

By purchasing a tickIn the event of a power outage, fire safety concern, rain, or any other possible weather or safety complication, the producers reserve the right to cancel performances and pre-show festivities. In the event of rain, every effort will be made to complete the performance, including playing in light rain. The decision to play or cancel will be made within approximately 45 minutes following the time that the production is held for rain. If the show is canceled before the first act is complete, you may receive tickets for another performance in the same calendar year (at management’s discretion with consideration of availability).
In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e. ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).

Please check in at our on-site box office, located at the entrance of the Field of Dreams. All patrons are welcome to arrive as early as 5:00 pm to enjoy the Pre-Show picnic with wine, food and curated Sonoma bites.

Seating is provided in the theatre space for all performances. All seats in the venue have seat cushions. Guests may bring their own supplemental seat cushions to the venue. Lawn chairs are NOT permitted – Transcendence staff cannot store personal belongings throughout the show.
Portable restrooms and hand washing areas are on-site in convenient locations available to patrons before, during, and after performances. Wheelchair accessible portable restrooms are also on-site.
Broadway in Sonoma summer shows, including the pre-show and performance, are held entirely outdoors. Please come prepared for all types of weather. In the summer, the grounds can be quite hot during the day, but cool quickly when the sun sets. We recommend dressing in layers. You may bring an umbrella or a large hat, but the use of umbrellas, parasols, or large hats during the performance, either for protection from the rain or sun, is prohibited. Also, the grounds consist of level-but-uneven lawns. Therefore, sturdy and comfortable shoes are recommended. Feel free to bring a blanket or sweatshirt for when the temperatures drop.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at the Field of Dreams. This includes all electronic smoking and vapor devices.
Although the moon provides its own beautiful light, there is limited lighting at the venue after dark. In addition to the City of Sonoma’s streetlights, we will be lighting your exit path to ensure that the walk to your car is easy and safe, but we suggest bringing flashlights. Open flames (such as candles and hurricane lanterns) are strictly prohibited.
We have medical support available in the first aid tent at every performance. If you think you are having a medical emergency, please contact any staff on site and they will direct you.

The Field of Dreams is wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessibility carts can take patrons to the Field of Dreams for pre-show in the Gold Lounge or directly to the theatre for the performance. Dogs and other animals are not permitted at the Field of Dreams, with the exception of official service animals with proper credentials. Please call the Box Office at 877-424-1414 if you are planning to attend the performance with a service dog.

Your night begins with a delightful Wine Country Picnic, where you can indulge in gourmet food and sip local wines, as you enjoy pre-show music from local artists. Every night, the Pre-Show Picnic will feature pre-order food options, food vendors on site, wine pouring from local winemakers, and tastings from local Sonoma purveyors. Our alcohol license strictly prohibits outside alcohol. Wine, beer, water, and other nonalcoholic beverages are available for purchase. We will not be serving alcohol during the performance. At Intermission patrons are able to purchase a maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages and are no longer permitted to purchase bottles of wine.
You may bring non-alcoholic beverages with you into the park.
Credit cards will be the only form of payment accepted when you purchase beverage tickets. Please note that wine vendors will have separate payment policies. Thank you for your understanding that we are a cashless event.
By purchasing a ticket to a Transcendence performance, you acknowledge that you are willing to appear in authorized photographs and video in public areas at Transcendence Theatre Company® and release Transcendence Theatre Company® from liability for resulting from the use of such photographs and videos.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Ticket holders expressly assume all liability for risk and danger incidental to the ticketed event.
During the pre-show and before the performance begins, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. Please share with the hashtag #BestNightEver. During the performance, all photography, video, and sound recording is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be asked to leave and may be liable for copyright damages.
During the performances, our ushers are available to assist you should you have any questions or concerns.
When bringing your own pre-show food, please follow the “Bring it In, Bring it Out” philosophy. Pack a picnic basket with reusable plates, cutlery, napkins, and more. This is the best way to leave no trace when you finish your meal and leave the Field of Dreams. Breakable china or glass is prohibited in an effort to keep the grounds safe.
Disposable plates, utensils, and cups are prohibited per City of Sonoma’s Green Initiative. Please bring only 100% compostable materials into the venue. Single-use water bottles are also strictly prohibited. Transcendence will have a water station available for filling reusable water bottles.
Beginning in 2015, Transcendence Theatre Company® implemented a “Near Zero Waste Initiative” for all of our summer events. You can participate and help us in respecting the environment in Sonoma County.
We recycle! When disposing of your waste take an extra minute to drop recyclables in blue recycling bins and any remaining items in black trash bins. This extra second makes a profound impact on the waste that leaves our events.
Bring reusable water bottles! Leave the plastic bottles at home, as single-use water bottles are prohibited.
