This 12 to 15 week summer program is an opportunity available to high schoolers and young adults pursuing higher education. The program will train artists in an environment where their individual voices and talents are encouraged. Interns and Apprentices will grow through an empowering mentorship, working directly with our professionals, and finding their own artistic voice. Positions are available in the following areas:
-Costumes and Props | -Sound |
-Marketing and Media | -Technical Theatre |
-Box Office | -Operations |
-Development | -Stage Management |
-Music | -Instrumental |

Sonoma County, CA
May 25, 2023 – September 22, 2023. Fly in and fly out dates may vary.

Available to high schoolers and young adults pursuing higher education. Interns and Apprentices will receive weekly pay for their time with the company, along with invaluable opportunities and experiences.
Due to the limited number of positions available, the application process for the program will be highly selective, including a written application as well as a zoom interview. Zoom interviews will occur during March 2023.
Interns: Intern positions will be determined based on education level and experience in the field theatre. We encourage anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of the theatre industry to apply. You will receive first hand experience in the field while being guided by a professional mentor. Interns will be compensated at California Minimum wage of $17/hour for interns over the age of 18 ($14.45/hour for interns under the age of 18) and work between 20-30 hours per week.
Apprentices: Apprentice positions will be determined by the experience you already have in the theatre industry. Positions will be offered based on skill and qualifications stated in your resume. Apprentices will be an integral part of the team contributing to the success of the productions. Apprentice positions will be compensated at California minimum wage of $17/hour and work between 30-40 hours per week.
