Meet Our Broadway Holiday Artists Part 3

With Broadway Holiday opening next Friday, December 1, we would like to introduce you to our two final Broadway performers and team that will be ringing in the season with music and holiday cheer – Devon Perry and Michael Wordly!

Devon Perry, a dynamic performing artist, is absolutely delighted to mark their debut with Transcendence. Among their standout credits, Devon has notably graced the stage as Carole King in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical at ARLT, portrayed Natalie/Ed in All Shook Up at ARLT and WBT, embodied Annie Oakley in Annie Get Your Gun at WBT, and brought Dorothy to life in The Wizard of Oz at TBTS and WBT. In the spirit of love and gratitude, Devon extends their appreciation to their Mom, Blair, TTH, Colleen, and the entire Transcendence team. You can keep up with Devon’s artistic journey and adventures on Instagram at @_devonperry_.

Michael Wordly, a distinguished performing artist, has left an indelible mark on the stage. Notably, he wowed audiences as Lola in Kinky Boots, earning the prestigious 2022 Jeff Award for Best Actor in a Musical. Michael’s Broadway and National Tour credits are equally impressive, including roles in The Color Purple (Revival), Miss Saigon (Revival), The Little Mermaid at the 5th Avenue Theatre, Cinderella at Paper Mill Playhouse, and Memphis, where he claimed the Henry Award for Best Supporting Actor. With a heart full of gratitude, Michael expresses endless thanks to his family, friends, the extraordinary cast and creative team, and D.G.R.W. You can keep up with his journey and talents on Instagram at @michaelwordly, and his journey is guided by the wisdom of Proverbs 3:5-6.
