Apply NowThis 12 to 15 week summer program is an opportunity available to high schoolers and young adults pursuing higher education. The program will train artists in an environment where their individual voices and talents are encouraged. Interns and Apprentices will grow through an empowering mentorship, working directly with our professionals, and finding their own artistic voice. Positions are available in the following areas:

-Box Office | -Performance/Artistic |
-Education | -Stage Management |
-Music Assistant | -House Management |

Available to high schoolers and young adults pursuing higher education. Interns and Apprentices will receive weekly pay for their time with the company, along with invaluable opportunities and experiences.
Due to the limited number of positions available, the application process for the program will be highly selective, including a written application as well as a zoom interview. Zoom interviews will occur during February/March 2025.
Interns: Intern positions will be determined based on education level and experience in the field theatre. We encourage anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of the theatre industry to apply. You will receive first hand experience in the field while being guided by a professional mentor. Intern positions will be compensated for a weekly rate and work between 20-30 hours per week.
Apprentices: Apprentice positions will be determined by the experience you already have in the theatre industry. Positions will be offered based on skill and qualifications stated in your resume. Apprentices will be an integral part of the team contributing to the success of the productions. Apprentice positions will be compensated for a weekly rate and work between 30-40 hours per week.
Colin Campbell McAdoo is proud to be returning to Transcendence Theatre Company this summer not only as a performer but also as the head of the summer intensive camp and coordinator for TTC’s community outreach. Colin has sung around the world from Carnegie Hall to The Sydney Opera house With The Philadelphia Boys Choir and Choral. He has also performed with the countless symphonies all over the country with pops shows he helped create. Most recently, he was seen in the symphony tour of Guys And Dolls playing Benny Southstreet. Some Off Broadway Credits include: We The People at The Lucille Lortel Theatre; Soul Doctor at New York Theatre Workshop; Heart to Hart at Lincoln Center. Regional credits include: Ogunquit Playhouse, The Media Theatre, LTOTS, MSMT, Weston Playhouse, The Weathervane Theatre, The Mountain Playhouse, FOGG Theatre. He appeared as Woody in Disney’s Toy Story The Musical and has been seen in multiple shows on Norwegian Cruise Lines at sea as a swing. He has been the Associate Artistic Director of the musical theatre program at The Benchmark Middle School for the past 12 years and is also a musician, singer/songwriter.
