Prior to arrival, guests with disabilities who need assistance should contact the Transcendence box office 877-424-1414 Ext 1. We will gladly help to accommodate your needs for the entirety of the event. We suggest calling a few days or a week before the performance you are attending to ensure Transcendence can customize your accessibility plan at the Field of Dreams. If you are not able to reach the box office for any reason, please send us a message at [email protected].

The Field of Dreams is wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessibility carts can take patrons to the Field of Dreams for pre-show in the Gold Lounge or directly to the theatre for the performance. Upon your arrival, our parking attendants and box office staff will ensure that your needs are identified and provide assistance.

For Broadway in Sonoma summer shows, wheelchair accessible portable restrooms will be on-site in convenient locations.

Accessible parking will be available at the Field of Dreams parking lot with a valid accessibility parking permit.

Dogs and other animals are not permitted at the Field of Dreams, with the exception of official service animals with proper credentials. Please call the Box Office at 877-424-1414 if you are planning to attend the performance with a service dog.

We have partnered with several surrounding parking lots near the Field of Dreams for the Broadway in Sonoma summer series. ALL patrons who plan to drive must make a parking lot reservation prior to arriving at the show, either through the online checkout process or by calling the Transcendence Box Office at 877-424-1414 ext. 1. Please see our parking map located here to determine your preferred parking lot. Please note, Transcendence staff and volunteers will be checking reservation lists at the parking lots.

Accessible parking will be available at the Field of Dreams parking lot with a valid accessibility parking permit.

There will be no parking shuttle at our performances in the Field of Dreams.

This season, we will not have food trucks on site at the Field of Dreams. We encourage you to enjoy dinner, shopping, and world-class wine tasting before the show around the historic Sonoma Plaza, then catch our stunning shows under the Wine Country stars. There will also be wine, beer, and other beverages for purchase on-site at the Field of Dreams, both prior to the performance and during intermission.

Gold ticket holders are invited to visit the Gold Lounge to enjoy wine, beer, and other beverages, along with their optional pre-ordered Sonoma dinner boxes. Please keep in mind that there is limited space for storing personal items when bringing your own meals or non-alcoholic beverages to the Gold Lounge.  

Our alcohol license strictly prohibits outside alcohol. Wine, beer, water, and other nonalcoholic beverages are available for purchase. We will not be serving alcohol during the performance. At Intermission patrons are able to purchase a maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages and are no longer permitted to purchase bottles of wine.

You may bring non-alcoholic beverages with you into the park.

Credit cards will be the only form of payment accepted when you purchase beverage tickets. Please note that wine vendors will have separate payment policies. Thank you for your understanding that we are a cashless event.

By purchasing a ticket to a Transcendence performance, you acknowledge that you are willing to appear in authorized photographs and video in public areas at Transcendence Theatre Company and release Transcendence Theatre Company from liability for resulting from the use of such photographs and videos.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Ticket holders expressly assume all liability for risk and danger incidental to the ticketed event.

During the pre-show and before the performance begins, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. Please share with the hashtag #BestNightEver. During the performance, all photography, video, and sound recording is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be asked to leave and may be liable for copyright damages.

During the performances, our ushers are available to assist you should you have any questions or concerns.

When bringing your own pre-show food, please follow the “Bring it In, Bring it Out” philosophy. Pack a picnic basket with reusable plates, cutlery, napkins, and more. This is the best way to leave no trace when you finish your meal and leave the Field of Dreams. Breakable china or glass is prohibited in an effort to keep the grounds safe.

Disposable plates, utensils, and cups are prohibited per City of Sonoma’s Green Initiative. Please bring only 100% compostable materials into the venue. Single-use water bottles are also strictly prohibited. Transcendence will have a water station available for filling reusable water bottles.

Beginning in 2015, Transcendence Theatre Company implemented a “Near Zero Waste Initiative” for all of our summer events. You can participate and help us in respecting the environment in Sonoma County.

We recycle! When disposing of your waste take an extra minute to drop recyclables in blue recycling bins and any remaining items in black trash bins. This extra second makes a profound impact on the waste that leaves our events.

Bring reusable water bottles! Leave the plastic bottles at home, as single-use water bottles are prohibited.
