Aigner Mizzelle

Aigner Mizzelle is a recent graduate from NYU Tisch’s Playwrights Horizons Theater school with a BFA in Drama. She is a NJ/NYC based theatre and movement artist, activist, actor, writer, choreographer, singer, and teacher. Recently, she has had the pleasure of working with nicHi Douglas at Arsnova, director Sharone Halevy on a queer adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, as well as César Alvarez on a NOISE workshop presented at The Public. As for her own creation in progress, she is workshopping an exploration on the abandonment of the American Black Woman in a piece entitled The Beginning of Gold presented at Playwrights Horizons Theater School in 2018. Currently, she is taking on the role of Trust in Dante Green’s An Incomplete List of All the Things I Will Miss When The World is No Longer being presented at Ars Nova’s theater festival this year.
